Family Visit-- day 1

We were overjoyed to have John, Miok, Sarah and Annie visit us a few weeks ago!  Although they weren't here all that long, we packed just as much as we could into every day and I think they got a pretty good glimpse into our island life.  Day one we visited Bathsheba (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/travel/bestbeaches/3453684/Barbados-beaches-Bathsheba.html), St. John's Parish church, and the Flower Forest (http://www.flowerforestbarbados.com/).

The morning in Bathsheba, walking along the famous beach.

We didn't put any money into the viewers, so Ryan was pretty confused!

Sarah and Annie were pretty impressed with the Barbados flag... the perfect color and design for two UCSD Tritons!

Our last stop, the Flower Forest

Stopping to take a break in a gazebo with a view... thanks to Greg's keen observation this becomes a perfect time to practice rolling down hills!

And climbing back up!

A few videos of the rolling, because pictures only show so much!
Annie was the first to go down, it being her idea and all!

But it wasn't too difficult to talk Sarah into it...

And Conor and Ryan soon followed.
