Here are some pictures of Ryan over the last month, doing Ryan-like things...
Ryan's walk in closet has become a little play room, and here he was making lego cars to connect together with his dump truck and tractor to make a long train.
Ryan spent hours putting together this garage, made out of boxes from our move, wooden blocks and duct tape. Each of his remote control cars had its own custom-sized garage, and the one in front also had a ramp over it that the larger cars could go over to get to their places.
"Fun and Games Day" at Ryan's school involved playing with a huge parachute,
And this ingenious game with cones where half of the kids were trying to pick them up and the other half were trying to knock them down. Kids were running around like crazy and then I noticed Ryan had just plopped himself down right next to three cones that he just kept knocking down every time someone came by to pick them up. Definitely not in the spirit of the game, but you have to respect that this was a much more effective method than running around!
OK, this isn't a picture of Ryan, but it is a picture he took of a visitor in our backyard.
This picture shows our little yard from an upstairs window. I was looking out and noticed Ryan and his friend Mikha just sitting there talking. The building behind is our med unit, Community Liaison Office and Bank of America. To the left you can see the restaurant on the compound.
