A family trip to the Hilton

It doesn't sound all that exotic I know, but yes we took a trip to the local Hilton Hotel last weekend and it turned out to be a really nice day. The hotel has a program where you can purchase a day pass that allows you to use their beautiful pools and beach access, and eat lunch at their poolside restaurant, all for a set daily price.  We met some friends there last weekend and made a day of it with the kids.  The beach was great, with perfect waves for boogie boarding and Conor caught wave after wave.  The pools were nice, if a little cool, and the hot tub was a huge hit with the kids.  I forgot I had the camera with me until just before we left, so the only pictures I have are of the kids after we got dressed to go when they were all blowing bubbles by the pool.

Our friends Noah (who is in Ryan's class) and Samuel with their mom Heather.

Heather and Dan (Noah and Samuel's dad) live down the street from us and are in Barbados with the
British High Commission.

Just before we left Noah fell into the pool and had to go home in his towel-robe. Ryan was so worried about him (he really was perfectly fine) and he walked with his arm around Noah until we got far away from the pool!
