Conor's class trip to the Barbados Wildlife Refuge

Conor's class is studying vertebrates and they got to spend last Friday at the Barbados Wildlife Refuge spotting as many mammals, reptiles, birds, fish and amphibians as they could.  It was really fun to watch the kids all taking notes on what animals they saw, categorizing them and writing down identifying characteristics and behaviours   They were all so excited, and really very well behaved.  We spent the morning there and ate lunch together at the picnic area before heading back to the school for the end of the day.  Conor was in his normal school uniform because I forgot they instructed us to send the kids to school in their sports clothes... luckily he wasn't the only one with a forgetful mother!
