Conor's photo scavenger hunt

Over the Chinese new year break Conor had a photo scavenger hunt for homework. Here are some of the things he chose to do.

Conor had to take a picture of one of the worst things about Shanghai and he chose traffic! This is a picture of an intersection about three blocks from our house where we often walk to eat.

He also had to pick one of his favorite things in Shanghai. He chose Cold Stone Creamery! I don't know if that is true, or if he just felt like some ice cream that day, but here he is enjoying a treat.

Conor had to take a picture of a major industry in Shanghai and he chose construction. Shanghai seems to be continually under construction.
We had to visit our local park, and I took pictures of Conor with some of the sculptures. Sad to say this was the first time we visited this park, even though it is only about a block away from our house! It turns out it is nice and green, with some pretty cool sculptures.

We needed to show Conor eating Xiao Long Bao, a Shanghai traditional food... and here he is showing his expert technique. These dumplings are filled with hot soup and meat so you have to bite a small hole on the top to let out the steam before you attempt to eat them. Conor loves them and usually eats ten of them by himself.
