More Ryanese...

On Oct 16th Ryan turned 16 months old and I took a moment to write down the words that he says the most. Here is the list I came up with.

Mama
Da
ball (He says this at least a couple thousand times a day!)
ish (fish)
Dog
Mao (cat-- mandarin)
Bao Bao (blanket-- mandarin)
Ma (horse- mandarin used to describe any animal with 4 legs bigger than a dog)
bye (means both bye and good night)
bye boo (said at the end of every book)
hi
ot (hot)
poo (not as in winnie-the...)
my (usually combined with bao bao, mama or ball, but sometimes just pointing to himself meaning me)
yi, er (one, two-- mandarin)
wa (walk)
do (we think he means door-- usually said in connection with wa)
lai (come-- mandarin)
ar (car)
did it (said after he does something he is particularly proud of. Sometimes combined with my)
uh oh
shh (said very loudly when someone is trying to sleep)
