I can't quite believe we have been here a month! In some ways it feels like we just got here. None of our shipments have arrived (a funnly little story in itself about someone in the shipping department sending our stuff to Guangzhou instead of Shanghai...) so we are still living out of suitcases. I don't exactly know my way around, although I am very good at getting to and from Conor's school, the grocery store, and a few other places of interest. I have explored the local pearl market, and can see how people spend lots of time and money there. Bargaining appears to be quite an artform which I have not yet mastered...

Conor is still working on his video taking skills, and has a few of our house and the neighborhood that he really wants to post. I will get some uploaded soon...
