Big Bear is earning its name

On a walk last week after a bit of rain the boys and I saw what we believed to be bear prints crossing our road, just a bit up the hill from us. We failed to get a picture (I don't know what I was thinking!) but when we got home we did a bit of googling and determined that it really must have been bear prints we saw, most likely a black bear. 

Today on our walk we saw them again, just a little bit further up the road than last time, and this time I did snap a pic.

And then as we entered one of the trailheads off of our street we saw this sign.

Looks like we've got a visitor in our neighborhood!
