Virginia

We took advantage of a sunny Saturday in early June to visit Gravelly Point park.  This park is located just next to Reagan National Airport, so you can watch airplanes take off directly over your head!

It's also a nice place for a quick soccer game, so we used the only ball we happened to have in our car, a tiny beach ball, to get in a quick game.

With the Potomac to the right, the Washington Monument off in the distance and airplanes taking off over our heads, this was a nice place to spend a little time on one of our last Saturdays in Virginia.
