a night (and day!) at the Crane Resort

Grandpa Wil is visiting and we took this opportunity to have a night away, just Greg and me at the Crane Resort. We visited here last year with the kiddos for my birthday weekend, and both visits were faboulous. Although we had a nice evening and night alone, we brought the whole family out for the day so we could really take advantage of the beautiful pools, and everyone had a wonderful time.

The spash behind the boys here is a result of their dad jumping right over them as they posed for their picture.

My view as I read "The Book Theif", a Christmas present from sister Amy I am just now getting a chance to finish!

 These pictures are actually from the next day, dinner at Opa! (the exclamation point is theirs) with Dad after work.  I couldn't get Ryan to cooperate and take a nice picture....

 So Greg decided to help out, because that's just the kind of guy he is!

But I finally just fooled him into thinking I wasn't taking a picture and got a nice face.

Not looking forward to the day I can't still fool him like this!
