We stopped to walk on the beach at Bathsheba, one of the only towns on the eastern coast. We stopped at two beaches, one of which had nice sea glass (!) and the other was just filled with the shells from sea urchins. We picked up so many, but really got picky and only would look at them if they were completely perfect.

These seeds are all around on the beaches here, but I haven't figured out what trees or plants they are from. This was the first time I saw these strange sea creatures growing on one though.
Conor with our bounty of sea urchin shells!
We continued up from Bathsheba to the north point, then down the west coast through Speightstown and finally stopped in Holetown for lunch at a nice cafe with yummy omelette's, paninis and smoothies. All in all, we had a nice morning, and are happy to be getting out to see more of the country!
